As we continue to develop new products and to expand our franchise in Specialty Care business, we are consistently looking for new talents.
- For Specialty Care Category we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Brand Manager, focused on Anti-infective portfolio.
- MISSION:

- Directly reporting to the Specialty Care Marketing Lead, he/she will contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive and innovative customer-focused brand plans. He/she will work in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager supporting the growing Anti-infective portfolio, including the launch of a new asset.
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development and implementation of customer-focused brand plans, programs and initiatives in collaboration with cross functional colleagues.-
- For new AI brand, work in partnership with Sr Brand Manager to plan and execute local launch.-
- Closely cooperate with Field Force and Medical colleagues to effectively deliver tactical plans.-
- Lead omnichannel plan definition and execution, in collaboration with the omnichannel marketing team, ensuring full adherence to internal and external policies.-
- Support meetings & congresses management.-
- Work closely with the International Commercial Office (ICO) team to localize global strategies and tactics, with a special focus on reuse of branded and unbranded campaigns.-
- Collaborate with local creative agency to implement tactical and communication plan.-
- Ensure that all brand plans and activities are in full compliance with Pfizer SOPs, laws & regulations.- BASIC QUALIFICATION- University Degree (scientific or economic)-
- 2-3 year experience in pharmaceutical marketing-
- Knowledge of Anti-infective therapeutic area (preferred)-
- Fluency in Business English and Italian-
- Experience working within matrix organizations-
- Good knowledge of computer skills and web MarketingExpertise/attitude to public speaking-
