Join the HR Talent Management team at Barilla Group and support the execution of key HR processes across all our global locations. This internship, based in Parma, will provide hands-on experience in Talent Management, Performance & Development Process, and Employer Branding.

**Purpose of the Role**

Support the execution of the following processes across all geographies where Barilla is based:

- Talent Management
- Performance & Development Process
- Employer Branding

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of Talent Management process.
- Support the activation of the Performance & Development process, which includes the monitoring of goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the HR IT team to ensure smooth process execution.
- Help create and distribute communications related to talent and performance management programs.
- Prepare and analyse reports and dashboards to track progress and identify trends.
- Provide operational support for various HR projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment and talent management operations is a plus.
- Excellent English.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR processes and strategies.
