Lo Stage si svolgerà all'interno della struttura alberghiera seguendo un persorso articolato e vario che porterà a conoscere gli aspetti legati al reparto Fodd & Beverage
Si verrà a conoscenza di tutte le attività che svolge il reparto ( breakfast,lunch,dinner, rooms service,banqueting) e di tutti gli standards di sevrizio e del Brand
Verrà apporfondito l'aspetto organizzativo ed operativo del reparto, nonchè della modalità
di prenotazione del ristorante.
Si apprenderanno le basi del servizio di accoglienza e soddisfazione del cliente
