Italian Itinerary is an Italian based exclusive travel design consultancy specializing in creating custom Italian experiences, no matter how specific or unique. targeted for the Northern US market.

Italian Itinerary’s aim for each client is to put together a curated Italian journey, to create the most authentic and bespoke experience possible. We assist every step of the way - from hotels and transport to food and wine, to private tours and lessons. We are able to satisfy clients of varying budget ranges, so it’s not about how much you spend, it’s about how you choose to spend it. We are huge supporters of the concept of #slowtravel #slowitaly.

**Job Description**:

- Conduct research on new + existing markets to their fullest extent, including competitors.
- Build a detailed database (on Excel) of info gathered.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials for this market as well as review/generate new e-marketing ideas for the client.
- Assistance in drafting/writing promos for social media and website, in collaboration with the Social Media intern.

- The internship is a **virtual position.**:

- The internship is not financially compensated.
- The internship includes 15-20 hours per week for a minimum of 4 -6 months.
- A signed contractual agreement is required.
- Since our market is aimed at Anglo-Saxons (Brits, North Americans, and all English speaking countries), fluent English is required for this internship.

**Requirements**_:_
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Experience with marketing, market research, and market analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and use of Excel/Word required.
- Ability to prioritize and to meet timely deadlines.
- Willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed.
