The Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato (Italian State Printing Office and Mint) is a unique, complex, versatile, and ever-evolving industrial and technological entity. Through our work in developing and producing physical products and services, we ensure the protection of important interests of our country and Italian citizens, such as the physical and digital identity of individuals, product traceability, anti-counterfeiting measures for industrial property, product quality and safety, as well as the management of regulatory databases. Additionally, we are responsible for minting circulating currency and creating numismatic products, representing one of the forms of enhancing the artistic heritage of our country.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

N. 1 Process Manager specialized in holography

Position Profile:
you will primarily be responsible for designing, monitoring, and implementing business and production processes related to holographic productions. Specifically, you will ensure the optimization and supervision of all processes involved in the transformation of raw materials into final products, studying the production processes, machinery, and all human or material components that take part in the production.

You will also have the following responsibilities:

- Identify the most suitable methods to increase efficiency, reduce waste, decrease costs, and maximize profits.
- Research materials and develop new production strategies, as well as implement machinery and equipment while monitoring their review, installation, and operation.
- Research, design, and develop new equipment for holographic production.
- Manage project costs and timelines, ensuring compliance with current regulations in the production processes.
- Conduct analyses and tests to verify the effectiveness of the processes.
- Create prototypes and assess their feasibility and safety through simulations of the production processes.
- Generate reports and documentation on production activities.
- Evaluate risks related to machinery and processes in the production plant. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
- Solid previous experience in the role (at least 5 years) within medium to large-sized structured companies. Knowledge of holographic plate production processes, embossing, metallization, Rotogravure printing, cutting-packaging (finished product). Excellent understanding of processes and materials used in holographic production.

Additionally, the profile should include excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and proficiency in the English language
