Works within established procedures to support UL’s sales professionals in all administrative processes, including quote generation, order processing and booking, pre-sales customer service support and anywhere else administrative assistance is required.
- Processes orders into the ERP after quote acceptance and assists in turning quotes into orders.
- Supports account managers and owners by performing administrative-related tasks.

- University Degree or a High School diploma
- 2 years of related experience preferably in customer service or sales support.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge or experience in working with Salesforce or other CRM software would be an advantage.
- Strong English command is mandatory due to international environment.
- Strong communication and administrative skills, and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in a global environment to support users globally would be a plus.
- Team player, collaborative and supportive.
