HR Learning - Internship

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the Human Resources Team at Haier Europe. Main activities

As the learning intern, you will contribute to the implementation of the learning strategy, supporting the team in:

- Managing and maintaining all the training offer in our Learning Management System
- Designing and implementing the learning offer communication for all courses in collaboration with our internal communication team
- Managing and the learning data to support the digital transition of the area
- Monitoring learning data metrics, leveraging the management system platform
- Managing government funds linked to training

If you are..
- Graduate in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or similar (BA/Master)
- Fluent in English
- Digital-savvy
- Team player and problem solver
- Flexible and curious
- Autonomous
- Results-driven and open-minded
- Passionate about HR
