The production follow-up specialist will oversee supplier production plan progress to ensure on-time deliveries. The specialist will also monitor and report on delivery key performance indicators (KPIs)
Missions
- Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules and expedite order progress with suppliers
- Monitor production work in progress (WIP) and production progress, analyzing the critical chain (lead time decomposition, bottlenecks, production milestones).
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and manufacturers at assigned industrial hubs to ensure production transparency and confirm proper management of supplier capacity and raw material sourcing.
- Hold weekly alignment meetings with the supply chain and merchandising teams at headquarters to monitor delivery status.
- Compile timely reports on the delivery status of seasonal and permanent collections
- Monitor, actively support, and share the outcomes of relevant KPIs with interested teams
Profil
- Degree in Management Engineering or similar
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions (knowledge of industrial supply chain concepts and best practices)
- Extensive knowledge of the MS Office suite (particularly advanced Excel), SAP, PowerBI
- Languages: Proficiency in English, French is considered a plus
- Dynamism, agility and proactivity
- Relational skills with external suppliers and industrial hubs
- Drive for results, focus on continuous improvement
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to summarize data analysis
- Ability to work in team
- Good stress management
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
