**Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing effective technical business solutions using ServiceNow
You will work closely with the internal product architects, product owners/managers, and external stakeholders to advise and provide fit for purpose proposals on the requests to digitalise Workflows using SErvicenow.
Working under the Servicenow Architecture Pillar will need to leverage the current Servicenow implementation and guidelines to drive new and exciting products into the platform. Demand comes from all modules ITSM, SPM, App Engine, Customer Workflows, HR

**A Day in the Life of a ServiceNow Technical Architect**
- Design and advise key business processes for Nestlé leveraging SN capabiltities.
- Define guidelines and solution patterns to ensure product-based decisions align with the Enterprise Architecture vision.
- Supervise and lead the design and execution of integration, ensuring each product or solution within the Product Group has a properly defined architecture specification (design, governance, and compliance).
- Facilitate the evaluation and selection of new products and services in collaboration with the business and IT.
- Identify the financial and organizational impact of the solution architecture.
- Accountable for ISMS and Cloud governance controls for the Products.
- Partner with other architects to provide scalable and adaptable architectural solutions.

**What else will make you successful?**
- Strong nowledge and experience in Solution Architecture, AppEngine, GENAI, Automation Hub, HR lifecycle and other ServiceNow Products
- ServiceNow SPM module knowledge and Experience is a bonus.
- Proficiency in defining and refining the Architectural strategy.
- Ability to design and direct Architectural governance activities.
- Familiarity with industry trends on architecture and the ServiceNow product roadmap.
- Large Enterprise experience & ability to collaborate in hybrid teams.
- Certifications desired - ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or other Servicenow certifications
