Order to Cash Manager - Italy Market

What you will do
- Managing a team of Order to Cash Specialists and focusing on efficiency and change management of the process to enable a better customer and stakeholder experience.
- Responsible for the full order process: Order management - Customer Master Data and Price list - Accrual, Promotional Plan e YEB - Claim management - Customs practices - Cash collection
- Close collaboration with the sales teams, to manage the sales conditions
- Monitoring of EDI integration projects.
- Surveillance and control of departmental costs
- Close collaboration with Logistics and Demand Planning departments and the dynamics between the two

What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferable, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in equivalent or similar role - Home Appliances industry preferred.
- Accounts receivables experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of SAP/S4 HANA
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Strong management skills
- Strong Analytic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate cross functionally across the organization, externally towards both the customer, stores/partners, and outsourced supplier
