**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca, per la nostra sede di Milano, di una risorsa che abbia maturato esperienza all’interno di agenzie creative e digitali e che sia in grado di sviluppare e mettere in pratica un pensiero strategico e creativo con il fine di soddisfare le aspettative del cliente, che risponda al ruolo di:
**HEAD OF CREATIVITY**

L’Head of Creativity si occuperà di seguire gli aspetti creativi e organizzativi del team creativo coinvolto nell’ideazione e nello sviluppo di branded content e di format editoriali.

La risorsa coordinerà l’implementazione dei concept creativi per le testate e magazines del Gruppo, dalla fase di briefing fino alla loro completa realizzazione.

**Requisiti**:
Tra le principali responsabilità della risorsa rientrano:

- ideare ed implementare concept creativi;
- supervisionare lo sviluppo di nuovi format per finalità commerciali;
- sviluppare idee creative per branded content multi piattaforma sulla base di brief dei clienti;
- sviluppare idee creative di format editoriali multi piattaforma in raccordo con le redazioni delle varie testate e magazines del gruppo;
- assicurare una corrispondenza creativa tra gli obiettivi del cliente e il lavoro finale;
- studiare i competitors per individuare nuovi trends;
- coordinare il team creativo dedicato ai contenuti brandizzati;
- lavorare in team crossfunzionali con sales, project manager e talent manager;
- identificare e coinvolgere nuovi autori da inserire nelle differenti attività di creazione e concezione dei contenuti brandizzati.

**Requisiti**:
Requisiti Richiesti:

- pensiero creativo;
- capacità di realizzare campagne che siano in grado di generare risultati;
- esperienza nella gestione di progetti creativi;
- esperienza di almeno 5 anni maturata nel settore e nella gestione di team;
- passione per il mondo entertainment;
- ottime capacità di comunicazione;
- sensibilità editoriale, creativa e capacità di promuovere il pensiero concettuale nel team di lavoro;
- conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche digital.

Requisiti Preferenziali:
rappresenterà un plus aver maturato esperienza in agenzie creative o editori digitali.

Abilità richieste:

- ottime capacità organizzative;
- problem solving;
- teamworking.
