Siamo un tour operator di eccellenza presente in varie destinazioni italiane con tre divisioni**:Towns of Italy**, specializzato nella produzione di esperienze di qualità in tutta Italia; **Arno Travel**, DMC dedicata alla creazione di itinerari ed esperienze tailor-made di lusso; **Dipartimento Gruppi & FIT, **dedicato alla pianificazione di viaggi per gruppi e clientela individuale, a cui si aggiunge la gestione di **Relais Villa Olmo**, una struttura ricettiva sulle colline dell'Impruneta.**Towns of Italy** è alla ricerca di un **OPERATIONS AGENT **da inserire nel team di Firenze.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del reparto Operations e si occuperà di:

- gestire daily operations
- despach dei clienti sui tour
- gestione planning di guide e accompagnatori sui tour
- gestione fornitori
- monitoraggio e gestione delle recensioni

Si richiede:

- esperienza pregressa all'interno di un tour operator richiesta
- forte propensione alle pubbliche relazioni
- ottime capacità di problem solving
- precisione, disponibilità e buone maniere
- capacità di lavorare in team
- conoscenza pacchetto Office
- ottima conoscenza di inglese
- ottima conoscenza di spagnolo
- conoscenza della lingua spagnola (gradita)

Si offre contratto a tempo determinato, con possibilità concrete di intraprendere un percorso professionale duraturo.
