As part of the **Governance, risk, compliance **and **sustainability **team, you will gain expertise in the following areas:

- sustainability strategies and the creation of shared value;
- non-financial reporting systems in line with emerging regulations and international frameworks;
- integrated approaches to Climate Change and decarbonisation;
- enterprise risk management models integrated with climate-related and ESG risks;
- design and implementation of compliance programmes (anti-bribery, Legislative decree no. 231, Antitrust and Legislative decree no. 262);
- integrated compliance and design of digital platforms;
- internal auditing;
- evaluating and designing internal control systems.
- a master's degree in **business and management, business administration, administration, finance and controlling, engineering management or environmental engineering**;
- interest in working on sustainability, corporate governance, internal audit, risk management and compliance topics;
- an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
- an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You must also be a natural problem-solver, never lose sight of goals and have strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for teamwork.
