Job Description Summary:
For our company Renantis Solutions we are looking for a Junior M&A Energy Solutions Specialist that will support our Acquisition/Permitting & Project Acquisition/M&A departments.

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities- Back office support: coordination of the development process and preparation works for the permitting activities (filing of correspondence, check list of requested documentation, preparation of power point, etc );- Management of the webportal in relation with the projects under development or under project acquisition, such as E-Distribuzione weportal, GSE Webportal, GAUDI’ weportal or any other local entities webportal (Municipalities, Provices or Regions)- Support for the project monitoring with constant reporting activities during each phase of project development and adjust to budget and delivery time constraints;- Documentation management and continuous updating of project archives and company documentation (Virtual dataroom and exchange document for DD, finance, assets conferrals).- Act as point of contact for other internal teams and a range of and external stakeholders and advisors to support execution, obtain senior management approvals, ensure transaction closing and facilitate integration efforts.

Key Requirements- 1 to 3 years of experience in renewable energy sector or infrastructure projets and/or project development/project management;- Good attitude to interpersonal relationships, ability to work for objectives, both in teamwork and independently, proactivity, versatility/flexibility, with professionalism and confidentiality;- Good Document and report writing, analytical, with drafting skills for reports, presentations and reports.
