Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a BD and M&A Legal Junior Specialist for one of our Group's companies: Falck Renewables Spa, our company that is strongly committed in the Business Development
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and review all type of agreements, such as, NDAs, engagement letters, General Terms and Conditions, service agreements, LOI, etc;
- Support on Due Diligence process;
- Provide legal support to all departments of the business;
- Support on commercial and contractual implications when dealing with all the players involved in the business.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of 2/3 years at a law firm or legal offices of a structured reality (experience in a renewable energy company is a plus);
- Deep knowledge of corporate law and M&A transactions;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Extreme accuracy and unwavering commitment to ensuring confidentiality in all aspects of the role;
- Fluent in English;
- Spanish is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Studies:
Italian Law Degree.
