As Operations Controller Intern you will work on interesting responsibilities like: managing, checking and closing all the orders received and evaded by our Team of Operations. You'll be collaborating closely between our Carrier Managers and Finance team to ensure the best transport service and quality. sennder Italia, with its HQ located in the heart of Milan, is changing the way people think about logistics. Our company matches the digital and innovative soul focus on technologies and digitalization of sennder GmbH with the expertise and know-how of the largest distribution network in Italy: Poste Italiane. **IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**: - Be responsible for dealing with issues raised by our suppliers, addressing their questions and carrying out specific analyses when required; - Be responsible for controlling documents received from our stakeholders and for addressing any questions they might have; - Support the team in operational control activities, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly analyses to ensure proper management of the order lifecycle, for customers as well as for suppliers; - Support the team on several processes (such as order management and supplier reconciliations) and carrying out operational analysis; **PREFERABLY YOU ARE**: - Experienced in logistic field or related studies - Organized with a great details attention - A great problem solver - A great communicator and customer oriented - Able to well understand processes and situations in order to report them - Able to speak and write Italian fluently (ideally on a native level) you have a good knowledge of English **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**: - A fast-growing company, transitioning from startup to scale-up, where your work will make an impact on our growth and lead to several career opportunities. - An international team of 800+ people with 65+ nationalities spread across 7 country offices with English as our company language. - A quarterly feedback and review process for personal development.
