Role Overview:We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Planning Intern to join our growing team and support our production and supply chain operations.This internship is a great opportunity for Engineering students or recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in the planning and execution of operational activities in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.You will work closely with production, R&D and procurement teams to support the development and optimization of planning tools, processes and workflows related to the manufacturing of advanced metamaterials.Key Responsibilities:Support production planning and scheduling activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and delivery goalsHelp monitor and improve supply chain workflows and inventory managementSupport quality control of manufacturing and productsContribute to the standardization and documentation of operational proceduresCollaborate with Manufacturing and Design to align plans with production capacity and technical requirementsAnalyze data and propose solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce lead timesParticipate in internal meetings and provide support on cross-functional projects related to operations and industrializationQualifications:Engineering Degree is strongly reccomendedStrong analytical mindset and interest in operations, planning and production processesFamiliarity with ExcelProactive attitude, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Prior experience (e.G., thesis project, internship, university lab) in production/operations is a plus, but not requiredDriver licence is strongly reccomendedWhile a technical or management engineering background is a strong asset, what really matters is your curiosity, drive and willingness to get involved and grow.If you're passionate about how things are made and how to make them better, Phononic Vibes is the right place for you.If you're ready to take on exciting challenges and grow in a supportive and high-tech environment, we'd love to hear from youDuration:6 months internship with possibility of extension or hiringLocation:Milan area (hybrid work model possible)Compensation:Internship allowance aligned with industry standard
