**BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
We are looking for a young student or graduate who will support the Logistic team of our Store Planning Department in ensuring the correct flow of store materials and supplies.

In this role, you will:

- Support in the logistic and shipment management of stores’ materials and supplies both for new openings and maintenance of the existing ones in the EMEA and AMERICA areas;
- Maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders, such as Project Managers, Designers and Visual Merchandisers, and external stakeholders, such as Suppliers, Forwarders, Local Architects and General Contractors;
- Help with the review of purchase order and all the contractual documentation in order to detect discrepancies and prevent any misunderstanding that could potentially cause delays;
- Support in other logistic issues such as intercompany transfer, import/export, delivery scheduling;
- Participate in the warehouses management activities and disposal operations;
- Guarantee exhaustive and punctual data updating in SAP;
- Verify the fulfilment of the events approving the milestone payments in SAP.

- University Degree in Economics or Engineering;
- Fluent in both Italian and English;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus;

- Good interpersonal relations skills;
