We are looking for a Demand Planning Intern to join our Planning area in our Home & Personal Care unit based in Italy.



How you make the difference



This position is crucial for Bolton because Demand Planning Intern daily join and support the team in meetings with the functions of Logistics, Supply, Customer Care and Material Planning.



How your agenda looks like:

  • Daily support to the Planning teams in creating excel files of Analysis and Reporting related to stock availability of finished product, analysis of scraps/ cancellations of orders, monitoring of the main KPIs of Planning and Material Planning.
  • Daily compilation of the list of out-of-stock (finished products not available) and discontinued or replaced codes.
  • Work with the Sales and Trade Marketing team to process the weekly request for promo codes and track their availability.
  • Be responsible for filling in all the data fields of the new finished product, packaging and raw material codes, related to planning.
  • Monitors the status of Purchase Orders, interfaces with suppliers and contractors to share documentation necessary for acceptance of material deliveries.

You will collaborate with the Demand Planning Manager and Material Planning Manager and you will be supported by your tutor.



How you look like:

  • Education: Grad student in economics or management engineering
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with the main IT tools such as Qliksense, SAP, Salesware, AFO, MDG, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Local language: Proficient in Italian and English
