Your responsibilities

Seeking a Demand Planner to drive product planning and procurement, maintain optimal stock, and align with market and sales trends. Requires strong analytical skills, data confidence, and the ability to turn analysis into actionable insights.

  • Manage tactical planning, ensuring reliable forecast aligned with Sales demand.
  • Run operational demand planning, demand sensing, and event-driven adjustments.
  • Manage procurement, PI/PO, and optimize inventory to prevent backorders and overstock.
  • Analyze sales, forecast, and stock data to spot gaps, propose actions, and guide decisions.
  • Build KPI dashboards and collaborate across teams to enhance SCM processes and tools.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SAP, IBP, and BI tools.
  • High attention to detail paired with a strong results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and analytical outcomes.
  • Effective teamwork and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and skilled in problem-solving and time management.
