Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Solution Consultant to join our growing team. As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with key clients. Leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of client needs, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our technical solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for technology with your sales acumen to contribute to the success and growth of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our technical solutions to clients through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, helping them understand how our solutions can address their specific needs.
- Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward sales goals.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and document all sales activities and client interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- A working knowledge of M365
