for the Production System Central Team of Haier Europe HQ based in Brugherio (MB), is looking for a:
Production System Planner - Internship

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the Production System Central Team at Haier Europe. Main activities

Within the Production System Central Team, you will be in charge of

supporting the governance of manufacturing KPIs and their standardization

supporting the knowledge management within production system area

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate data collection of manufacturing KPI across Haier Europe factories

Maintain and manage standard decks for KPI reports out

Improve current KPI tracking tools and dashboards

Monitor KPI’s trends

Support factories in respecting standard process and providing consistent information for Business Reviews

Support HOPS (Haier Operations Performance System) program execution. Planning and tracking tasks and resources

Support the creation of HOPS (Haier Operations Performance System) training material and documentation (presentations, multimedia)

**KBF**: key business factors projects. Identify and introduce standards KBF to assess factories capabilities. You will be assigned as responsible to deliver the expected outcomes of the project

Who we are looking for

Master Degree in Engineering (preferred)

Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodology. Lean Manufacturing. WCM (World Class Manufacturing)

Entrepreneurial spirit, organizational and planning skills, team work, ability to engage the organization

Microsoft 365 Platform (Office tools)

Fluent in English

We offer a 6 month internship.
