We are looking for a **CRM Trainee **to join our European Commercial & Customer Excellence Team. You will support projects related to CRM and other customer data systems, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, who is responsible for CRM in Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing Europe division.

You will receive guidance and training, gaining a gradual level of independence throughout the internship period. Your principal internal contacts will be mainly sales and marketing functions in our organization, which include Medical Device and Professional Scientific Services teams.

Main daily tasks about _Customer Data Management_ include:

- Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database

You will have the opportunity to work with a lot of teams in Europe, supporting them as first point of contact for CRM, for three business lines (BioPharma Product Testing, Medical Device and Professional Scientific Services).

Over the 6 months period of internship, you will have the chance to see the implementation of two new systems, supporting us in this transition.
**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in business/economics or similar;
- Very good English knowledge, fundamental to work in an international environment;
- Good analytical skills, passion for analytics and customer experience analysis;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Growth mindset.
