Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:
Order management and customer care support with focus on specific products,

customers and activities assigned.
- Orders process: orders requisites management; orders entry, check,
- maintenance and processing towards targets;
- Support: back office support, system settings, data update, price grids upload etc
- Monitoring: data correctness, activity progress and deadlines of the activities assigned.
- Reporting: data and reports update (eg. Daily progress, Weekly sales etc)
- Communication: communication with colleagues, other depts, agents and customers.
- Collaboration: collaboration with other colleagues and depts. (eg SCM, Sales, Credit, Logistics etc)

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree.

Computer Knowledge: Good Office knowledge (Excel required).

Language Knowledge: Good written and good spoken English.

Travel required: n.a.

Others: n.a.

Starting Date: (March)
