Growth Marketing Manager

Our proprietary technologies and platforms, including the AI-powered SaaS solution **Waizy.Pro**, are designed to maximize customer engagement, lead generation, and e-commerce performance.

We are seeking a **Growth Marketing Manager** to lead our marketing operations and scale our positioning, demand generation, and brand authority across digital channels.

**Role Overview**

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced performance marketer who can plan, execute, and scale multi-channel strategies focused on lead generation and revenue growth.

You will work directly with the founders to position Webgas and Waizy.Pro at the forefront of digital innovation and manage internal and external resources to execute campaigns, content production, and strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

**Growth Strategy and Execution**
- Design and manage lead generation campaigns using Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, and CAC.
- Manage marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.

**Conversion and Analytics**
- Conduct CRO audits and implement A/B testing across landing pages and funnels.
- Use GA4, Hotjar, and other analytics tools to track performance and improve user journeys.
- Build dashboards and performance reports to inform decision-making and monthly reviews.

**Content and Brand Positioning**
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for blogs, case studies, landing pages, and newsletters.
- Coordinate external resources (writers, video editors, designers) to produce high-quality content.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all touchpoints, aligned with brand positioning.

**PR, Thought Leadership, and Awards**
- Manage press releases, interviews, and media outreach in collaboration with PR specialists.
- Lead the strategy and submission process for relevant awards, grants, and public speaking events.
- Support founders and product teams with presentation decks, pitch materials, and event visibility.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with the sales, product, and design teams to align campaign objectives and assets.
- Brief creative professionals on campaign needs and lead internal reviews.
- Recommend budget allocations based on performance and strategic priorities.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have Qualifications**
- 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance, or demand generation roles.
- Proven track record with measurable results.
- Strong experience in funnel building, marketing automation, and CRM segmentation.
- Hands-on knowledge of growth tools like HubSpot.
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

**Preferred Skills**
- Background in B2B marketing, SaaS, or e-commerce.
- Understanding of technical SEO and basic HTML/CSS for landing page performance.
- Experience with PR, award submissions, and event coordination.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to brief or manage external content creators.

Pay: €30,000.00 - €65,000.00 per year
