Ehss Data Analyst

For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for a **EHSS Data Analyst** to be hired with a PERMANENT CONTRACT in the **EHSS Department.**

The person will be part of the EHSS team and will report to the EHSS Site Lead.

The **Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Data Analyst** is responsible for collecting and analysis of relevant data related to EHS performance and processes, for both legal and internal purposes.

The analyst will implement processes to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data, also leveraging on the tools available at Corporate and site level. The analyst will elaborate the data in ways to help employees and managers to understand the results and performance of the EHS system and make better decisions.

The following activities will be supported:

- Coordinate and perform EHS data analysis for the key EHS processes identified at Corporate and site Level (Good Saves, CAPA, other events, environmental metrics)
- Develop reports and analysis from various systems
- Make reports available according to the schedule defined for periodic reporting
- Support the EHS team and site management to identify trends and data-based opportunities of improvement of EHS performance
- Identifies areas of process improvements for the calculation of KPIs and the development of the reports
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with other support groups when necessary (ie Facilities, Operations)
- Manage changes to the reporting systems, evaluating changes and updates to existing data collection systems
- Partecipate to iniatives at Campus or Regional level related to data-analysis
- Participates in regulatory and system audits and supports information gathering for this purpose
- Train end users on new reports and dashboards, as appropriate

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences
- At least 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry in a similar role
- Knowledge of Italian H&S and environmental laws and of the main processes required by management system standards for EHS (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Strong quality and operational mindset
- Problem analysis and solving skills
- Good skills of ownership and accountability
- Ability to easily connect with people
- Able to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment
- Preferred language: Italian
- Fluent in English (B2 level and above), as the role requires attending and leading meetings also with international partners
- Proved skills in designing flows for data querying and analysis using Excel tools (Pivot Tables, PowerQuery, ecc)
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus
