**About BUGSENG**:
BUGSENG specializes in **software verification solutions**. We operate internationally with clients in the **automotive, aerospace, railway, medical**, and **industrial automation** sectors. We provide **tools, consultancy**, and **training** to ensure software quality and compliance.
BUGSENG is seeking a **highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative** with a solid background in **B2B sales of software solutions**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively promote and sell BUGSENG’s software verification solutions, consultancy services, and training to new and existing clients across multiple industries.
- Conduct sales calls to qualify prospects, generate leads, and manage follow-ups, ensuring a robust pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, proposal preparation, and closing contracts.
- Participate in international trade shows, events, and industry conferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5+ years of experience in **B2B sales of technical software products**.
- Basic technical understanding of software products, with the ability to present them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Excellent communication skills** (written and spoken) in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven success in **sales calls, lead qualification**, and **closing deals** in a B2B environment.
- Experience with **CRM systems** and digital work tools.
- Proactive, **results-oriented mindset**; ability to work independently with strong determination.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events, as required.
