**The Role**

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting, engaging and hiring **self-employed consultants**. You will take ownership by creating a number of strategic sourcing initiatives to identify the best possible people for Dojo. Additionally, you will be heavily involved in helping us build a scalable, partnership driven recruitment infrastructure, with a range of initiatives and projects for you to contribute to and take ownership over.

**What you will do**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for current openings, maintaining a consultative approach at all times.
- Partner with 3rd party agencies specialised on self employed consultants.
- Seek to go above and beyond to find the best people on the market.
- Provide smart, concise reporting to your key partners.
- Use data to your advantage, and utilise our ATS system to its full potential.
- Participate in networking events, and be a brand ambassador for Dojo.
- Partner with the Head of Sales on key projects and initiatives.
- Support the set up for the 1st day of the new joiners.
- Be honest, solution oriented and passionate about what you do.

- A strong knowledge of recruitment, especially focused on **hiring self employed professionals**:

- Experience of using and effectively utilising ATS systems.
- The ability to thrive within a pressurised, fast-paced and ever changing environment.
- Innovative, flexible and adaptable in your approach.
- Commercial acumen and a desire to understand talent trends and the fintech market.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- The willingness to suggest new approaches and initiatives with the subsequent confidence to own and manage them.
- The maturity to respond to knockbacks or challenges without being disheartened.
- A big picture, long term mindset.
