Maintenance & Spare Parts Warehouse Manager

Position Summary:
Coordinate, control and ensure plant maintenance activities from budget request to execution of work in line with technical procedures, quality, quantity and cost standards, safety/environment rules and within the assigned budget.

Ensure scheduling of maintenance work within budget, stocking of materials in warehouse, receiving goods.

**Job Description**:
- Coordinates, manages, and verifies technical and managerial activities of direct collaborators with frequent feedback.- Defines with the Production Managers and Supply Chain Leader/ Production Scheduler the maintenance schedule of plant shutdowns.- Defines the numerical and temporal intervention needs of external companies to meet work programs, within the budget.- Proposes the optimal overall organization of the sector dependent on him/her by defining the performance indicators of the staff and monitoring them continuously.- Ensures the implementation of periodic audits and inspections of safety equipment, pressure equipment, safety valves, rupture discs, OSS, critical tools, EXDs, scales etc. also inherent to ISO 45001/9000 EMAS.- Proposes improvements on machines and plants in order to optimize safety processes, reduce maintenance costs and increase reliability.- Ensures enforcement of safety and environmental protection standards.- Ensures proper technical training of the Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance team collaborates in defining the appropriate training of the area's resources in accordance with the programs defined in cooperation with the management.- For new facilities, provides technical maintenance input.- Interfacing with production representatives, engineering and his direct reports, issues the schedule of general maintenance shutdowns and monitors their progress on time and on budget.- By managing the staff. ensures the smooth operation of the warehouse, goods receiving, has periodic inspections/audit performed in the area for housekeeping and safety.- Is responsible for housekeeping of internal and external warehouse areas and maintenance.- Is committed, within the plant, to the promotion of the Operational Excellence culture, prevention and the LOTO program, and preventive maintenance and mechanical integrity.- Is Safety Manager as defined in Article 2 paragraph d) of Legislative Decree 81/2008 as amended, so must fulfill the obligations under Article 18 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 as amended.- Delegated by the Management URI (Plant Responsible Unit) in compliance with CEI 11.27. As the URI for the plant, is responsible for ensuring the operation of the low, medium and high voltage electrical systems located within the site during normal use and scheduling what is necessary to maintain the systems in efficiency.

Additional Details:
Minimum Requirements:
- Chemical, mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering degree.- Relevant experience in Operations, preferably chemical industry, at least 7 years.- High level of professional integrity.- Fluent in English.- Highly collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
