Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Area in our Home & Personal care Business Unit based in Nova Milanese, Italy.
- How you make the difference
- This position is crucial for Bolton because maintenance team has the ownership to monitor the quality of the maintenance service and support the company for engineering and design activities in the maintenance field.
- How your agenda looks like:

- Carry out maintenance work on mechanical systems
- Periodically inspect the status of plants, machines and automatisms
- Plan the schedule of scheduled and preventive maintenance interventions
- Ensure that mechanical equipment is kept in working order
- Ensure that machinery complies with safety regulations
- Intervene immediately in the event of a fault
- Repair and replace broken or defective components
- Check the operation and efficiency of the repaired machinery
- Document maintenance activities
- Your team:
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will collaborate with the entire maintenance team.
- What makes you a great fit:

- Education: mechanical diploma or similar
- Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of the operation of mechanical plants, systems and machinery (Lathe, milling machine, drill press and various tools)
- Ability to read mechanical technical drawings
- Ability to read wiring diagrams (not mandatory)
- Competence in the use of office package software
- TIG/electrode welding capability especially for piping restoration
- Manual skill in performing maintenance tasks
- Local language: Italian
- Soft Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team of technicians
- Analytical skills and problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team of technicians
- Speed of intervention in compliance with all safety regulations
- Reliability and flexibility
