**Portfolio Manager - Operations e Regulatory**
- Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà di:
- Adempimenti con il GSE, l’ARERA, Agenzia delle Dogane, Terna, e-Distribuzione/gestori di rete e gestione dei relativi portali;
- Adempimenti tecnico amministrativi relativi alle attività di revamping/repowering degli impianti rinnovabili;
- Gestione delle richieste di adeguamento della connessione;
- Adempimenti relativi alle polizze assicurative (in fase di esercizio e di costruzione) e alla gestione dei sinistri;
- Coordinamento dell’emissione delle fidejussioni e relativa gestione;
- Rapporti con le autorità e con gli Enti locali;
- Gestione delle attività inerenti alla vendita e all’acquisto di energia;
- Gestione dei contratti Diritti di Superficie/Locazioni/Servitù;
- Gestione degli aspetti di natura tecnico-amministrativa relativi alle operazioni di acquisizione di impianti e di finanziamento.
Si richiedono:
- Ottima capacità di gestire i contatti con gli Enti, monitorare gli adempimenti e di utilizzare i portali preposti;
- Conoscenza dei titoli autorizzativi e degli schemi incentivanti;
- Capacità di gestire le ispezioni GSE;
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e della lingua inglese.
Completano il profilo: doti analitiche, accuratezza, precisione, capacità di lavorare in team.
- Sede di lavoro: Milano / Roma o da remoto con trasferte settimanali a Milano
