**Job Description Summary**: Financial Services Account Manager with experience on vendor leasing and renting. In this role You will be responsible to support GE Healthcare sales building tailored leasing and renting solutions driving customer satisfaction and meeting desired income target for GE HFS. Position co-located at GE Healthcare premises

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Achieve volume and margin targets
- Create account plans and forecasts for Commercial Leadership Team in order to maximize business volume and profitability leveraging SFDC tool
- Gain and maintain a solid business relationship with assigned customers / accounts to generate more business through a disciplined contact strategy
- Assist customers in large value transactions and ensure that relevant GE expertise is employed as required to support in closing formal bids, tenders and structured transactions.
- Ensure these are correctly administered and tracked
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal resources based on the principles of total account management.
- Provide timely, relevant and accurate information on our management information, product and service commitments to the customer to enable the originations team to deliver our commitments
- Provide feedback and address business issues affecting the performance of the relationship/portfolio with relevant personnel with support of the local infrastructure (e.g., Account Profitability, loss to collection, residuals)
- Full accountability on the communication and execution of the agreed account plan with the support/enabling functions (e.g. back office, risk )
- Promote value added products and services to differentiate from competitors and maintain/increase profitability
- Demonstrate full use of technology in delivering a professional, efficient and timely service to internal and external customers e.g., PowerPoint, Excel
- Recommend pricing strategy for approval with supporting business case to include commentary on account profitability, competitive environment and portfolio performance

**Required Qualifications**
- Track record of achieving goals and objectives within accounts (including dealers)
- Significant Account Management experience within the Leasing and renting industry
- Evidence of achieving goals through strong internal and customer relationships
- Basic understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis
- Technical knowledge of tax, administrative and legal issues around leasing
- Excellent organizing and planning skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand leasing business pricing structure
- Ability to work in a fast changing and evolving environment
- Fluency in English
