IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is seeking an AIRC-funded Pre or Postdoctoral fellow to join the Experimental Hepatology Unit under the direction of Giovanni Sitia. The main interest of our laboratory is to define the cellular and molecular determinants of metastatic spread of tumor cells of colorectal carcinoma (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PDAC) and breast cancer (BC) to the liver and other organs susceptible to metastasis, such as lung and brain, in order to develop innovative perioperative immunotherapies for long-term control of these diseases.

**Pre-doctoral Fellow**: Prior experience in experimental research (mammalian cell culture, molecular techniques such as nucleic acid extraction, qPCR, flow cytometry, animal handling)
Enthusiasm for science and research as well as motivation and willingness to contribute to a dynamic and pleasant working environment are highly valued qualities in our laboratory
