**Posizione**:
**OBIETTIVI**: insieme al team di filiale il/la** RECRUITER e ADDETTO/A ALL’AMMINISTRAZIONE **lavora a fianco delle famiglie per creare un rapporto di armonia e fiducia nella gestione di tutti i passaggi e aspetti legati all’individuazione e assunzione dell’assistente familiare curando le diverse fasi operative ed amministrative.

**RESPONSABILITA’**

Il/la** Recruiter e Addetto/a all’amministrazione** ha la responsabilità delle attività di analisi dei bisogni della famiglia e favorisce il match perfetto tra domanda e offerta identificando i migliori profili da presentare alle famiglie che, dopo l’inserimento, supporta nelle attività di gestione amministrativa della risorsa

**MANSIONE**
- Analisi dei bisogni della famiglia e raccolta di informazioni necessarie per la stesura del profilo della persona da individuare
- Preparazione del preventivo per la famiglia
- Supporto attivo nella selezione del personale: primo colloquio telefonico, colloquio di selezione
- Attività di amministrazione del personale: raccolta documenti, gestione delle pratiche di assunzione e gestione dei lavoratori assunti (malattia, permessi, presenze)

- Capacità di instaurare relazioni efficaci
- Capacità di problem solving

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea breve preferibilmente in materie umanistiche
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale una precedente esperienza maturata in ambito socioassistenziale, sociale o affini o in APL
- Motivazione ad operare nel campo della ricerca e selezione del personale in ambito assistenziale, dinamicità, spiccate doti organizzative e predisposizione al contatto interpersonale.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office ed in particolare di Excel
