**Webuild** is hiring a **Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Specialist** to work in the Group Commercial Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop **monitoring and forecast modelling**of Group performance / KPI, in terms of offers, orders, win rate, and other KPI; and prepare regularly reporting documents;
- Continuously interact with Commercial Areas and Group Subsidiaries to constantly **update commercial initiatives** and maintain the commercial database
- Supporting the execution/development of the **3Y Commercial Plan** **of the Group** according to the economic/financial targets of the Industrial Plan;
- Contributing to constantly improving **management of information** and monitoring processes for the Group commercial initiatives;
- Coordinating with other functions for the assessment of the Commercial Plan sustainability, according to potential opportunities, while also guaranteeing that it is monitored accordingly;
- Coordinating with other functions for the assessment and monitoring of specific risk topics (Country, Corporate, Contractual), to support the go-no-go decisions of each commercial initiative.

**Requirements**:

- MsC in Engineering and/or Economic, Mathematical and Statistical disciplines;
- 5-6 years of experience, preferably in important consulting firms;
- Highly capable of managing complex files, navigating large databases;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and its functionalities to develop modelling of forecast and monitoring of KPI;
- Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint to prepare reporting documents
- Excellent English knowledge;
- Willing to travel globally

- Capable of working under stress to meet tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems;
- Knowledge of a second foreign language like French, German or Spanish
