A fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading Luxury 5 Star Hotel groups in the world at their flagship property in Venice as a Head Chef for the main kitchen i/c bar food, in-room dining, breakfasts and banqueting - the role is from February to October with a salary of up to 3700 Euro gross, holiday entitlement, pro-rated 13 and 14th-month salaries, end of service benefits, welfare scheme payments, accommodation in the staff housing is a possibility
- at least 2 years in the position in 5* hotel kitchens or high-end venues
- ability to manage people
- attention to detail
- willingness to take initiative and make decisions
- able to multi-task
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Must have the right to work in the EU
