**Job Summary**: The role is responsible to support the Events management and Events Operations Teams for Villa Agrippina, in accordance with Company and Brand Standards.

**What will you be doing?**
- Proactive handling of all duties assigned, timely follow up, support in events operations and during site ispections for potential and confirmed group/events.
- Overviews the Event Sales & Operations activities: ensure expiring options and follow up are timely managed.
- Ensures Beo are clear, complete and timely distributed.
- Meet Vip Events Guest and attend Pre
- Conference Meetings

**What are we looking for?**
- University Degree or Master Degree in Hospitality Management
- English Language Proficiency, a second language will be appreciates
- Basic Knowledge of Opera Pms
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and availability to work in a dynamic team
- Attention to detail
- Integrity and Proactivity
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest and colleagues' needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
