Descrizione del lavoro Hey Mama lovers Mama Shelter Rome cerca un/una Trainee da inserire nel nostro Groups & Events Department.Se ami il contatto con le persone, sei curioso/a, organizzato/a e vuoi scoprire cosa succede dietro le quinte di eventi, meeting e soggiorni indimenticabili allora sei nel posto giusto Cosa imparerai con Mama? Farai parte del team Groups & Events e sarai affiancato/a e formato/a mentre scoprirai come: Supportare il team nella gestione dei clienti, dal primo contatto fino all arrivo in hotel, durante il soggiorno e fino alla fatturazione finale Affiancare i colleghi nelle comunicazioni con i clienti per prenotazioni camere, spazi meeting ed eventi Partecipare alle site inspection e ai follow-up con i clienti, sempre al fianco del team Aiutare nella preparazione dei contratti e nel coordinamento delle richieste con i vari reparti coinvolti Supportare la preparazione di report interni e attività amministrative Scoprire come funziona il mondo dei Groups & Events in un ambiente dinamico, creativo e mai noioso Qualifiche Chi stiamo cercando? Una personalità curiosa, solare e con un attitudine positiva Ottima conoscenza dell italiano e dell inglese (il francese è un super plus ) Buona padronanza di Microsoft Outlook Spiccate capacità comunicative e organizzative Spirito di squadra e voglia di mettersi in gioco by helplavoro.it
