**This is what we see as your role**:
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven International Marketing & Communication Manager to support the business development of our global brands, Baxi and De Dietrich, in international markets. As the International Marketing & Communication Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing communities, and engineering, to ensure our brands, products, and services are effectively positioned and promoted. You will be responsible for developing marketing content and coordinating resources for international marketing and communication activities.

The main objective of this role is to develop marketing materials, both physical and digital, and utilize various social media platforms to promote and position our products and services. You will be the key point of contact for all marketing and communication-related projects within BDR International, coordinating resources and driving the international marketing strategy.

Concerning Brand Supervision & Documentation you will:

- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, including strategy and brand positioning
- Manage launch campaigns for new products and services
- Convert the roadmap into comprehensive documentation
- Coordinate and organize trade shows and fairs
- Prepare sales materials in both printed and digital formats

Concerning Web & Social Media you will:

- Manage the company's website to ensure up-to-date and engaging content
- Establish a strong presence on social media platforms in various countries
- Create digital tools to enhance marketing efforts
- Develop and maintain an e-catalogue of products and services
- Facilitate media sharing between export partners
- Manage relationships with external suppliers

**Requisiti**:
**Your knowledge, skills, experience and character include**:

- Self-driven and motivated individual with a passion for marketing and communication
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in an international setting
- Proficiency in web management and content creation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Language skills:

- Italian mother language or equivalent
- Fluent in English (Company Language).
- Independent or basic knowledge of one or more of the following languages is an asset: French or German.
- Familiarity with international markets and cultural differences
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
