Für den Ausbau unserer Geschäftsaktivitäten in Finnland suchen wir in Vollzeit ein hochmotiviertes und professionelles neues Teammitglied. Werde Teil der Brüning Group und unterstütze uns als **“Business Manager:in Finnland (m/w/d)”** mit deinem Know-How

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Wachstumschancen und Definition von Kunden
- und Lieferantenprofilen für unseren Bereich Recycling & Waste
- systematische Akquisition und Umsetzung neuer Potenziale und Aufbau eines persönlichen Netzwerks in Finnland
- Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Umsetzung der Informationen in ein passendes Konzept
- Koordination von Stoffströmen national und international für die entsprechenden Anforderungen/Bedarfe des Landes
- Weiterentwicklung langfristiger und Pflege bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen in Finnland
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Kund:innen/Lieferant:innen
- Erreichen von Vertriebs
- und Beschaffungszielen in Abstimmung mit den Vorgesetzten

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bist Nachwuchstalent oder Expert:in im internationalen Vertrieb oder Sourcing
- Du handelst erfolgsorientiert und bist motiviert, Spitzenleistungen im Vertrieb und Sourcing zu erzielen.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine flexible, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus, verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten und eine starke Kunden
- und Unternehmensorientierung.
- Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft im Geschäftsgebiet mit und kannst regelmäßige Besprechungen in der Zentrale in Bremen, Deutschland, mit deinem privaten Umfeld gut vereinbaren.
- Du bist kommunikativ, arbeitest gerne im Team und pflegst einen offenen und transparenten Umgang mit deinen internationalen Kolleg:innen und Vorgesetzten.
- Finnisch ist deine Muttersprache und darüber hinaus bringst du fließende Englischkenntnisse mit. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber kein Muss.
