**Who are we looking for?**

As a Pre-Sales Consultant Expert for RGI you enable our customers to understand the value of RGI’s solutions.

You are part of the young and dynamic presales consulting team located in Milan. We will require a close collaboration with our development, innovation, delivery and sales teams in order to achieve success in our international organization.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Collect and understand the requirements, in order to design the best fitting solutions for the Client based on RGI products.
- Perform product demonstrations for both prospective clients and existing clients as needed.
- Manage the entire end-to-end process of RFI, RFP, and RFQ, including showcasing the proposed solution
- Develop product reference document and product presentation materials for customers.
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge and industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to help identify new business and marketing opportunities.
- Participate in design sessions for development of new functionality and for customization of existing functionality.
- Work with management and client to determine product roadmap and milestones.

**Work Experiences**

Previous work experience as Pre sales role at least for 3 years in IT / Insurance fields

**Skills required**
- Proven affinity to IT-technology
- Eagerness to learn leading edge business technology
- Willingness to travel abroad on occurence
- Organizing and managing a dynamic team
- Good communication and public speaking skills
- Logical and Analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language (native English is a plus)
- A good knowledge of and additional language is a plus
- Is a plus insurance fundamental knowledge

**Qualification**

Scientific University Degree

Sarai inserita/o all’interno della struttura commerciale e ti occuperai di identificare, generare e acquisire nuove opportunità commerciali, gestendo l’intero processo di negoziazione, dall’apertura della trattativa, alla conduzione e alla conclusione della stessa.

**Di cosa ti occuperai?**
- Supportare la Direzione Sales nelle negoziazioni commerciali con il Cliente
- Analizzare, conoscere e mappare tutte le potenzialità e le caratteristiche dei Clienti e dei prospect
- Effettuare scouting on/off line e individuare partnership utili allo sviluppo del business
- Predisporre le offerte e i preventivi con il supporto del sales support e delle operations
- Seguire le attività di implementazione dei progetti attraverso una partnership costante con le funzioni di riferimento del cliente
- Partecipare alla definizione delle politiche commerciali aziendali con particolare riferimento all’area di competenza
- Svolgere attività di analisi della concorrenza

**Quali requisiti devi avere?**
- Laurea in Management, Economia **o titoli equivalenti**:

- Esperienza comprovata come Key Account Manager con un focus sui settori operanti in ambito IT, Financial Services, Insurance e Advisory
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza fluente di un’altra lingua comunitaria (preferibile)

Stipendio: €40.000,00 - €55.000,00 all'anno
