We are looking for an IT OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER based in SCANDICCI (FI).

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Manage assigned projects**: start-up, planning, execution, control and closure, using project management techniques and methods
Plan and allocate resources on project activities and monitor their progress, ensuring the best communication and harmony in the project team, organize and/or participate at steering committee and implement the decisions, progressively check with Business Key Users that the requirements are being respected
Ensuring the solidity of IT solutions developed, collaborating with professionals both internal and external to the organization in order to obtain the maximum result in terms of maintenance and evolution of the solutions
Provide maximum support and assistance to Business Key Users, colleagues and outsiders, representing the main point of reference for the project
Guarantee training about the solutions developed and support users in change management
Collect feedback and requests from Business Key Users in order to ensure compliance with company objectives and vision, translate requests in technical requirements
Monitor and supervise projects and activities, verifying the alignment between objectives defined at the beginning and actual results
Maintain a high quality level of relationships with colleagues, business key users and entities outside the company
Being able to establish and maintain with continuous corrective interventions a constant balance between the activities carried out, the relationships maintained and the personal ambitions

**REQUIREMENTS**:
5/6 years of experience as a project manager on IT Operations projects
Background in the Fashion/Luxury Industry
Strong knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes

Good knowledge of English will be a plus
Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude
Open-minded, methodical and endowed with a sound analytical approach
