The Italian team, assisted by the expertise of the JUWI group, covers the entire production chain: planning, construction and operational management. We leverage our expertise and experience to design high-performance, large-scale photovoltaic systems, allowing the lowest energy cost but maximizing the profits of those who invested in the project. The technical, procurement and construction teams work closely with suppliers to develop and deliver high-quality components.

**Project Management Internship (M/F/d)**: full time - unlimited

**Your Tasks**:
**Objectives**
In this role you will be supporting The EMEA head of Projects of an international Renewable Energy Developer and EPC. Actively participating with Project and Functional teams across the EMEA region, you will evaluate project data, proposing optimization solutions and working with internal teams for developing and rolling out new Project Management processes, tools, and software.
With a focus on Portfolio Management skills, you will work with the Head of Projects in evaluating and reporting on the main project and portfolio constraints: Cost, Quality, Time, HSE, and Resources, to develop informed and factual recommendations on Project Execution Strategy.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Business analysis to determine root cause of issues
- Participating in discovery to determine how existing tools can help support the business
- Following up with stakeholders on action items from Project and Operational meetings.
- Documenting procedures for end users
- Establishing use cases for new Project Management systems or adding features to the existing systems.
- Foster a positive team culture and collaborate to achieve team objectives
- Assist in creating project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations
- Support to administrative tasks related to the Head Of Project’s needs

**Your Profile**:
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proficient English (Oral and Written)
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration
- Advanced MS Excel understanding
- Work Experience in Corporate environment
- Project administration (Advantageous)
- Qualification in Project Management (Advantageous)

**Desirable Attributes**
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Planning & Administration Skills
- Meticulous, with high attention to detail
- Great inter-personal skills
- Demonstrate ability to take initiative and carry our assigned tasks to completion
- Time Management and demonstrate good organizational skills
- Committed, motivated and able to achieve tasks in line with deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is a plus
