NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, è un’Accademia di formazione all’arte e al design: è la più grande Accademia privata italiana e la prima ad aver conseguito, nel 1980, il riconoscimento ufficiale del Ministero dell’Istruzione, dell’Università e della Ricerca (MIUR). Offre corsi di primo e secondo livello nei campi design, fashion design, gráfica e comunicazione, arti multimediali, scenografia e arti visive, per i quali rilascia diplomi accademici equipollenti ai diplomi di laurea universitari. **INTERNSHIP REGISTRATION ONLINE SERVICES**
La/o stagista si unirà al team di Registration Office Unit per supportare le attività di back e front office per studenti e lezioni, assicurando il corretto funzionamento dei servizi online e il supporto alle attività accademiche.
- Servizi online: assicurarsi del corretto funzionamento di tutti i servizi didattici online usati dagli studenti e dai docent, dare informazioni e assistenza a facoltà, staff e studenti su questioni tecniche e operative relazionate ai servizi online.
- Supportare l’aggiornamento dei contenuti, il corretto funzionamento dei mezzi di comunicazione tra la facoltà e gli studenti.
- Gestione della mail del Registration Office.
- Supporto alla gestione delle classi secondo le attività accademiche e esigenze aziendali.
REQUISITI:
- Buona conoscenza di excel
- Laurea/master in lingue, studi umanistici o amministrazione e/o equivalente
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1/B2)
- Orientamento al cliente, motivazione, precisione, ottime capacità interpersonali.
CONDIZIONI:
- Stage full time di 6 mesi
- Compenso mensile di €600 + ticket restaurant
- Luogo di lavoro: Milano (MM2 Romolo)
Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
Stipendio: €600,00 al mese
