***Descrizione** Per importante cliente, società multinazionale del settore farmaceutico, selezioniamo un IT Manager Coordinator. La risorsa riporterà direttamente all’International IT Manager e gestirà la migrazione dell’infrastruttura IT nella sede italiana. Principali attività: - Analisi e verifica del sistema esistente; - Coordinare e partecipare a workshop con i clienti e fornitori; - Progettazione, pianificazione, coordinamento e tracciamento delle attività da seguire; - Pianificazione e gestione meeting settimanali per la verifica degli avanzamenti; - Coordinare le attività per lo svolgimento dei servizi in sede: - Configurazione delle interfacce; - Creazione di un database di asset; - Avvio di progetti in coordinamento con il cliente; - Gestione delle escalation e dei reclami dei clienti; Requisiti richiesti: - Laurea in discipline informatiche; - Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo ed in contesti internazionali; - Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese; - Buona Conoscenza dei principali strumenti per la gestione dei servizi IT e ServiceNow - Buona capacità di gestire, guidare e formare i propri interlocutori.
