**Marketing Product Manager **(w/m)**

Permanent contract, based in Milan.

Do you have a relevant experience in project management, sales forecasts and analytical skills?

Do you have a first experience in Luxury Retail?

Are you marketing product oriented?

Are you aware of the Italian market?

Organized and rigorous, do you know how to manage your priorities?

You are fluent in English

**What do we expect from you?**

The key responsibility of the local Product Manager is to create the conditions for boutiques to perform, to develop each product category (securing product launches and orchestrating product range animation) and escalate local needs. S/he executes the Maison Strategy while meeting local context & ensuring operational excellence.

On a daily basis you will manage:
Marketing Strategy:

- Be an ambassador of the marketing & product strategy within the market.

Sales Budget:

- Propose to region local budget by product and boutique with the collaboration of retail team.

Monthly performance monitoring / reporting:

- Follow / analyze local sales and define action plans in collaboration with Retail teams.

New collection/Novelties launch:

- Be accountable for product launch at local level based on the 360° toolbox & Inter guidelines.

Local activations:

- Be accountable for all product-related topics and create and adapt tools for events.

Repetitive pieces / Product range management:

- Define and roll-out appropriate action plan & support boutiques in boosting sales.

Unique pieces stock management:

- Allocate stock between boutiques and manage stock transfers.

Pricing:

- Validate prices into, alert on pricing issues, escalate changes on pricing legislation.
