What you’ll do:
- You will take care of Sizing of the Sisal Departments- Providing dimensional analysis (FTE and HC) of areas-
- Measuring organizational efficiency-
- Identifying the areas of efficiency-
- Providiing analysis results and recommendations-
- Supporting the HRBPs in defining the HC budget for each department-
- You will develop quantitative and qualitative reports and presentations to be shared periodically and regularly with the top management:
- Design the layout of presentations-
- Collects and homogenizes the contributions of HR Managers for the People Committee,-
- Create or enhance reports on existing organization function reports ;-
- You will develop and manage the Organizational Dashboard- Monitoring and controlling of organizational efficiency KPIs-
- Collaborating with the process owners and with the Directors for the kpi for measuring the efficiency of the processes-
- Providing measurements and metrics to monitor HR programs, initiatives and processes-
- You will be part of the Organizational Design department and you will report to the Organizational Design Director;
Who you are:
- You are a manager with an experience of at leas 5 years in structured contexts preferrably in consulting companies;- You have a strong analytical skills and communication /reporting- You have a degree in economics or engineering- You have excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Office- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written- You are proactive, flexible, and autonomous
Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience in organizational department- Basic knowledge of activity base costing
