Organizational Development Manager – OperationsOur client, a leading multinational company in the retail & wholesale industry, is currently looking for an:Organizational Development Manager – OperationsThe resource will oversee the development and implementation of the company'sOperationsdepartment enabling a consistent evolution with regards to organizational structures and processes, operational models, improvement, transformation and integration initiatives.Areas of responsibilityOrganizational Design: develop new organization design initiatives, roles and responsibilities.Perform gap analysis.Plan organizational evolution identifying the road map and key milestones.Organization Development: to-be structures, role design, and recommended sizing and implementation.Change Management: act as a change agent supporting the business.Project Management: manage the implementation of organizational projects at Operations department level.Governance: plan, design and monitor global operations department governance mechanisms to ensure main decisions/processes are structured.RequirementsMaster's Degree in Engineering or related field.5+ years of professional experience in consulting or multinational companies, with knowledge of operations, supply chain, logistics and/or organizational transformation projects.Stakeholder management and influencing skills, result orientation, project management and change management.Background in target operating model, business process reengineering, process mapping and improvement.Strong analytical capabilities and ability to provide leadership in a large and complex organization.English fluent; any other language is considered a plus.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesRetail and WholesaleReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at ProPosition Management Search by 2x.Get notified about new Organizational Development Manager jobs inMilan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
