Social network you want to login/join with:Organizational Development Manager – Operations, milanocol-narrow-leftClient:ProPosition Management SearchLocation:Job Category:Other-EU work permit required:Yescol-narrow-rightJob Reference:Job Views:3Posted:col-wideJob Description:Our Client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail & Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for an:Organizational Development Manager – OperationsThe resource will oversee the development and implementation of the Company'sOperationsdepartment enabling a consistent evolution with regards to organizational structures and processes, operational models, improvement, transformation and integration initiatives.Areas of responsibility:Organizational Design: develop new organization design initiatives, roles and responsibilities.Perform gap analysis.Plan organizational evolution identifying the road map and the key milestonesOrganization Development: to-be structures, role design, and recommended sizing and its implementationChange Management: act as a change agent supporting the businessProject Management: manage the implementation of organizational projects at Operations department levelGovernance: plan, design and monitor Global Operations departments governance mechanisms to ensure main decisions/processes are structuredRequirements:Master's Degree in Engineering or related Field****** years of professional experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies, with knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Organizational transformation projectsStakeholders Management and Influencing Skills, Result-orientation, Project Management and Change ManagementBackground in Target Operating Model, Business Process Reengineering, Process Mapping and ImprovementStrong analytical capabilities and ability to provide leadership in a large and complex organizationEnglish fluent, any other language is considered a plus#J-*****-Ljbffr
