Retail Pharmacy Experience Manager

Pfizer is hiring a Talented Retail Pharmacy Experience Manager for the Health & Value Function - Site of Rome.

- In a period of transformation for the Italian health care system, Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem team will be the connector between patients’ needs, customers' requirements and Pfizer portfolio, collaborating with BU teams and Collective Advantage platforms to enable a superior experience;
- Retail Pharmacy Experience Manager will collaborate in solution development, service design and selection, and implementation methods sharing with Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem Team and Pfizer’s Functions/BUs strategic insights for Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem, according to H&V and BU guidelines.
- Key Experience Offer of this Role
- Internal ambassador: leading the conversation to positively influence the internal stakeholders and representing the internal reference figure in Pfizer in the Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem field in his area of responsibility;
- Leadership without authority: managing and inspiring stakeholders.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Design a marketing strategy on Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem;
- Supports in a structured and focused way the definition of criteria and methods for marketing strategies implementation in Retail Pharmacy environment
- Supports, with dedicated and effective plans and actions, Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem team and BU’ Marketing Functions;
- Collect insights from Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem and share them to Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem Team and Pfizer’s Functions/BUs;
- Be an expert in Marketing with deep competencies on Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Strength in managing multiple projects and/or programs
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in networking and building relationship
- Demonstrated ability to lead and partner across BU/functions
- Italian: Mother tongue or native level
- English: Fluent (speaking/writing/reading)

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in scientific or business discipline
- Knowledge of the health system and legislation
- Marketing/Trade Marketing experience
- Knowledge of Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem
